However, Colombia has a bigger with 67% of power distance. England differ from Colombia in the individualism percentage. England is a individualistic country. England and Colombia share similiar position of masculinity with Colombia in the 65%. England has a uncertainity avoidance with 35% but Colombia has a 80% of it. England has a long term orientation with 50%. Although, Colombia has a 13%. England has a indulgance of 69%. Even though, Colombia has a 83%.
